GROCERY STANDARDS—The Blue Ribbon Commission, convened by the Alliance for Healthy and Responsible Stores, is urging Los Angeles leaders to take a stance in helping to bring better grocery industry resources to underserved communities in Los Angeles. The alliance released its Blue Ribbon report on July 17, which described the disparities between affluent and poor communities in regards to grocery industry resources.
