The sold-out fourth annual Women in Entertainment Luncheon Presented by City National Bank, StubHub, Coca Cola, Stella Rosa, LA Chargers and A1 Events and Party Rentals took place on Friday, June 16, at StubHub Center as the top female executives in the entertainment industry and celebrity talent gathered for a networking and empowering afternoon. The event was hosted by AEG’s StubHub Center Foundation, National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment (NABFEME) and Women Helping Women in Entertainment.

 

 

Created by AEG’s StubHub Center Foundation Senior Director Tamala Lewis, the Women in Entertainment Luncheon featured a panel moderated by author and lifestyle specialist, Maisha Wynn featuring entertainment executives Tina Perry (Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network), Kristin Klein (President, Amgen Tour of California and Executive Vice President, AEG Sports), Claudine Cazian (Head of Entertainment Partnerships, Instagram) Inga Dyer (EVP & General Counsel of Business & Legal Affairs, REVOLT MEDIA & TV), Martha Fishburne (Teen Panelist - Creator of “Let’s Start a Label Free School” TEDx Talks Speaker) and Pat Shields (Partner, Black Dot, LLC.).

 

Festivities also featured a live performance by Grammy-Nominated Artist Angie Fisher and celebrity DJ LaLa L&ND from 102.3 KJLH radio, in addition to a book signing of “The Wynning Way: A Guide to Creating Success Your Way” by panel moderator Maisha Wynn and remarks by Katie Pandolfo (General Manager, StubHub Center), Tamala Lewis (Senior Director, StubHub Center Community Affairs & Foundation) and Kimberley Layton (Vice President External Affairs, LA Chargers).

 

 The event highlighted the BET Experience Youth Program, a free three-day educational development program at L.A. LIVE that serves 50 students in LA interested in careers in the entertainment industry, with introductions to some of the amazing program alumni.

 

All attendees received a VIP gift bag and private shopping opportunity with the Prism Boutique Pop-Up store, which features bohemian clothes and vintage inspired jewelry and accessories. Attendees had an opportunity to experience Coca Cola’s 5by20 initiative pop-up activation. 5by20 is The Coca-Cola Company’s global commitment to enable the economic empowerment of 5 million women entrepreneurs across the company’s value chain by 2020.
