The Saturday hours are effective at:

• Crenshaw Customer Service Center, 4030 Crenshaw Blvd.

• Van Nuys Customer Service Center, 6550 Van Nuys Blvd.

• Watts Customer Service Center, 1686 E. 103rd St.

• West Los Angeles Customer Service Center, 1394 S. Sepulveda Blvd.

Customer service representatives will take payments, process service requests, answer billing questions and resolve any billing problems. The LADWP offered Saturday hours for two months in the Spring in response to a spike in calls resulting from problems with utility’s new billing system.
